Alpaca: Natural Brown Huacaya Alpaca. A warm, soft luxury fiber with a natural crimp and soft lustre.

Cheviot: Cheviot is a main British wool breed. The Cheviot originated in the Cheviot Hills, on the border of England and Scotland. The wool top is open without being slippery, making it an excellent wool for beginner spinners. The Cheviot is known for its distinctive Helical crimp—a 3-dimensional structure resembling a spiral that gives the wool resilience and bounce.

Jacob: Jacob wool is the classic hand spinners wool, a sought-after fiber for spinners seeking a durable but soft wool with a good staple length. Easy to spin, with a fair amount of loft and spring to it, it has just enough luster to give the finished yarn a beautifully subtle sheen.

Welsh: Pure Black! Our Black Welsh Top is one of the darkest natural breeds available. Welsh Mountain sheep, considered a primitive breed, have fiber at 31–35 microns that is quite hairy and well suited to their environment. Worth a spin just to try out this amazing hardy animal's fleece.
